Terms of Use

• Price Zen provides indicative project estimates and information only.
• An estimate is not a quotation, an offer or a guarantee of the final installation price.
• Estimates are generated from the information you supply, so they depend on that information being accurate and complete.

Your final price may differ from your Price Zen estimate because of factors such as:

• site conditions and findings from the installer's survey;
• access arrangements and any special equipment required;
• the specification and products you finally choose;
• structural requirements or other additional works identified on site.

• Any installer introduced through Price Zen is responsible for carrying out their own survey or assessment and for issuing their own quotation.
• Unless we expressly state otherwise, any installation contract is between you and the installer. Price Zen is not a party to it.
• You are never obliged to use an installer introduced by Price Zen. You are free to obtain your own quotations.

• Please provide accurate information when using the service.
• Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
• Only upload photographs and information you are entitled to share with us.

The Price Zen website, Project Packs, reports and branding, and the rights in them, belong to Price Zen / ECOSURE HOMES LTD or our licensors where applicable. You may use your own Project Pack for your own home improvement project.

We take care to provide useful and reasonable estimates, but because they are indicative we cannot accept responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of an estimate. We are not responsible for the work, conduct or pricing of any installer.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
