Cookie Policy

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar storage so the website works: they keep your session running while you complete the questionnaire, keep your uploads and answers linked to your project, and help keep the site secure.

These cannot be switched off, because the service will not function without them. They do not track you across other websites.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to understand how visitors find and use Price Zen — for example which pages are visited and at which step of the estimate journey people stop. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to 2 years.

We only send anonymous usage information such as pages viewed, the type of project and which journey steps were reached. We never send your name, email, phone number, address, photographs or project notes to Google.

These cookies are only set if you click Accept on our cookie banner. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics immediately and remove the Google Analytics cookies. We keep a record of your choice, when you made it and which version of the notice you saw, in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies.

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of Price Zen from working, such as saving your project answers.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information, or email contact@pricezen.co.uk.
